Michael Lubina

Youth Director

 

Michael currently serves as the Youth Director, which oversees the middle and high school students, teachers, volunteers, fundraisers, and ministry events. Michael has been serving at BCC since 2013.  

 

Michael has been married to Roscelee since June of 2010.  She currently serves in the Women's ministry and Heights, and works full time at Dallas Theological Seminary as the administrative assistant to the Biblical Counseling department.  They both love exercising, fine foods, movies, video games and traveling.  They are both students and currently reside in Dallas.

Michael is a graduate ofTartleton State College, having received a B.S. in Political Science with a minor in Marketing.  He is currently pursuing a Master's in Theology (Th.M) with an emphasis in Pastoral Theology and Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary.  

 

Receiving his direct commission through Officer Candidate School in Fort Benning, Georgia, Michael is also a US Army Reserve Captain who currently serves with the 3-381st Regiment at Grand Prairie, Texas as a Bravo Team OC/T Commander.  He is a veteran of two deployments in Iraq with the 1st Cavalry Division, 3rd Brigade Combat Team from Fort Hood, Texas.
